Now Care MD Urgent & Primary Care Center is a locally owned clinic promoting wellness in the community of Henrico, and Richmond Virginia, and their surrounding areas. Now Care's Owner Diane Alvarez FNP-C and her team welcome patients of all ages, cultural backgrounds, genders and gender identities. I had an awesome experience with Now Care Urgent & Primary Care Center. I was unable to see my regular PCP due to scheduling issues. I was seen on the same day I made the appointment. I got the prescription I needed and was even given a note for work. Diane is not only a great provider, but she genuinely cares about her patients. She even personally called me to see how I was doing with the new medication she prescribed for me. I can honestly say that no other Doctor has done that for me. I was so impressed by the quality of care and service, that I have since made Now Care MD my PCP.

I'm so happy I found out about Now Care Urgent & Primary Care Center from a family member. I was sick and my regular doctor could not see me until the following week. I needed to be seen that day. I went at first to a well-known Urgent care facility, and I was waiting for over two hours. I then spoke with a family member on the phone, who referred me to Now Care. Diane was great! I received better quality care and I felt genuinely cared for.
